Pastor Barbara Phifer, AKA Pastor B, is the Executive pastor of CBC and a Pasadena native. She has been married to Ray Phifer for more than 4 decades, and is the proud mother of three beautiful children as well as grandmother of 3 and granddog!
She has served in a variety of ministries in leadership roles and has developed discipleship programs for CBC and the greater community. For many years she served as worship leader and has written several worship songs.
Pastor B retired as a Project Manager from Kaiser Permanente. She holds a master’s degree in human development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. Pastor B. loves spending time with family and friends, shopping and fellowship with the people of God; especially the CBC church family.
